Classification axes
5 controlled axes and the 36 value pages built from them.
What this page files
These five axes are LumaLark's own filing frame, kept so that every entry is sorted the same way and the sorting can be audited afterwards. They are not a standard published by anybody; where a body does define a term, its wording is recorded on the entry itself and on the pages for that body.Where the line falls
Each axis answers a question the others cannot. Petrified wood came from a tree yet its substance is silica, so one axis reads it as having formed in nature while another files it outside biogenic material. A pearl grown on a farm is a natural substance whose growth was induced, which shows up on one axis and not on the one asking what the material is.
Collapse any two of them and one of those readings has to be thrown away.
