3.1 Account Creation
You may choose to create an account or shop as a guest. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

If you disagree with the account termination decision, you may contact customer service to file an appeal within 30 days of receiving the notice.
4. Products and Orders
4.1 Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on this website are accurate. However, as our products are handmade, each piece may have slight natural variations — this is part of the unique charm of handmade beaded jewelry and does not constitute a defect.
Product images are for reference only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
4.2 Pricing
All base prices are listed in US dollars (USD). At checkout, prices may be displayed in your local currency (e.g., EUR, GBP, etc.) based on your region, with exchange rates determined at the time of checkout. Checkout prices include applicable customs duties, import taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) calculated based on your shipping address, using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, so no additional payment is required upon delivery (see our Shipping Policy).
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price adjustments will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a price is clearly erroneous due to a system error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
4.3 Formation of Contract
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A purchase contract between you and LumaLark is officially formed when we send the shipping confirmation email. If an order is shipped in multiple batches, each batch forms a separate contract. The timing of contract formation for pre-order items differs; please refer to Section 4.5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to insufficient stock, pricing errors, or other reasons, and will notify you promptly.
4.4 Stock and Availability
As our products are limited-edition and handmade, stock is limited. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific product at any time. Sold-out items will be marked accordingly on the product page.
4.5 Pre-Order Items
Some products may be offered as pre-order items, meaning the products have not yet been completed or received but are already available for purchase. The following terms apply to pre-order products:
- Pre-Order Label: The product page for pre-order items will clearly display a "Pre-Order" label along with the estimated shipping date. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated shipping timeline
- Shipping Order: Pre-order items will be shipped in the order they were placed after the estimated shipping date. Once pre-order items are shipped, delivery timeframes are the same as those for in-stock items
- Shipping Date Changes: If the estimated shipping date needs to be delayed due to production or supply reasons, we will notify you in advance via email and provide the option to cancel the order for a full refund
- Split Shipments: When pre-order items are purchased together with in-stock items, in-stock items will be shipped as normal, and pre-order items will be shipped separately after the estimated shipping date
- Cancellation and Refunds: You may request cancellation of pre-order items at any time before shipment and receive a full refund. Once the item has been shipped, the standard Return and Exchange Policy
- Contract Formation: The purchase contract for pre-order items is formed at the time you complete payment (not at the time of shipment), establishing the rights and obligations of both parties, including locking in the product price. Although the contract is formed in advance, your statutory right of withdrawal (if applicable) still begins from the date you actually receive the product
- Seller Cancellation: If a pre-order item cannot be delivered due to production, supply, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 14 days of the notification. The contract terminates upon completion of the refund
- Pre-Order Quantity Limits: Pre-order items are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis
4.6 Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued in electronic form and are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise required by applicable law). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable. If the gift card balance is insufficient to cover the full order amount, the remaining balance may be paid using other payment methods. If a gift card is lost or used without authorization, please contact customer service promptly, and we will assist with reissuance after verifying your identity.
Laws in certain jurisdictions may prohibit expiration dates on gift cards or require that low balances be redeemable for cash. Such statutory rights are not limited by the terms above.

5.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others, securely processed through Airwallex

- Direct Stablecoin Payment: You can complete payment directly using USDT or USDC stablecoins, processed through PayRam
5.2 Payment Confirmation
For bank card or local payment method payments through Airwallex, payment is confirmed upon successful confirmation by Airwallex. For direct stablecoin payments, the transaction is considered complete once confirmed on the blockchain network.
5.3 Payment Security
We do not directly store your payment card information. When paying through Airwallex (including bank cards and local payment methods), payment data is processed by Airwallex in accordance with the highest industry security standards compliant with PCI-DSS. If you refuse to provide the necessary verification information, we may be unable to process your order or may restrict your account functionality.
5.5 Refund Methods
Refund methods depend on your original payment method:
- Orders paid via Airwallex (bank card or local payment methods): Refunds will be returned to your original payment method
- Orders paid via PayRam (direct stablecoin payment): Refunds will be returned to your payment wallet in USDT/USDC stablecoins, with the refund amount calculated based on the USD equivalent at the time of purchase. By choosing this payment method, you have confirmed and agreed during the checkout process to receive refunds in stablecoins
The market price of USDT/USDC may experience brief fluctuations. The refund amount is calculated based on the nominal USD value at the time of purchase. If you are unable to provide a valid wallet address, you may contact customer service to arrange a refund via bank transfer.
See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
5.6 Payment Disputes
For bank card transactions paid via Airwallex, you are entitled to standard dispute rights provided by your card issuer (including chargebacks), and LumaLark participates directly in the dispute process as the merchant of record; for transactions completed via local payment methods, you may resolve disputes through the respective payment platform's dispute resolution mechanism.
